个人简介
程芳,教授,硕导,中国光学学会常务理事,湖南省新世纪“121人才工程”第三层次人选,湖南省普通高校青年骨干教师。
主要研究领域
(1)电磁场对半导体材料的性质的影响;
(2)利用低维体系输运性质构造新型纳米器件;
教学情况
承担《数学物理方法》、《电磁学》、《半导体物理》等课程的教学。
